At GLAMWRECK, we offer refunds up to 14 days. We also offer a fixup service, if there any issues with the item please reach out to us and we will happily repair them as long as it is within 14 days. We urge you to opt for the repair service as we are independent brand and are happy to fix up any issues! As things are handmade, we understand things can go wrong. Please note upon submitting a request, we will require photos.
